In a city full of hard hitters, Maryland transplant Christina Flemming came into the New York City music scene with her soft and poignant sound complimented by her profound lyrics. The singer/writer chooses abstract instrumentals to convey her unique voice. Her writing style reflects the 70s soul music that played in the background of her childhood, but she also draws influence from legends such as Etta James, Toni Braxton, Mariah Carey, Curtis Mayfield, Earth Wind & Fire, and Quincy Jones. Christina shares her peace of mind through enlightening words and alluring melodies. She has an upcoming release which will be her third after her EP’s Lost in Chill and Ethnic Funk.
