Your Livestream Needs
Project Management
Main point-of-contact with client via recurring weekly check-ins for 1-2 hours/week. Supports live execution of the event.
Registration & Customer Service
Handles registration setup, responds to customer inquiries, and manages participant communications plans.
Pre-Event Logistics & Content Build
Manages speaker technical preparation, content creation, pre-recorded segments, and other misc. tasks.
Platform Configuration
Manages build out and configuration of live event platforms to ensure that all client needs are met.
Entertainment
Programming live music, film screenings, and/or trivia to increase engagement.
Graphic Design, Execution & Production
Creates title, end, transition card, and backgrounds. Executes live event (cueing content, creating breakout rooms, live support, etc.).

We use a variety of broadcasting software to make our clients’ dream livestream event become reality.
Past Work
Our staff have years of live-stream experience under our belt, serving a wide range of audiences aged 18 - 65+. Through these experiences, we’ve honed our unique ability to design experiences that target specific demographic groups such as BIPOC entrepreneurs, American millennials, or Asian American seniors.
